Realty Advisors International, Inc. Adds Key Personnel to Management Team
January 23 2009, West Palm Beach, Florida. Realty Advisors International, Inc. (“Realty Advisors) has added three new key personnel, in anticipation of projected rapid growth in 2009. The three key positions that were filled included Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Advertising and Marketing.
Mr. Jon Wilcox has been added as the new Executive Vice President. He has spent the last 25 years in customer service related jobs with the greatest emphasis on Sales and Marketing Applications and has been awarded “Top Producer, Top Lister, and “Rookie of the Year” as a Realtor. His responsibilities include agent education and training, and new product development. Mr. Wilcox received an MBA in 1987 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1981 from Lehigh University.
Mr. Sean Wright is now the Chief Financial Officer and has been in the accounting field since 1993 and has worked with some of the top regional firms in the South Florida Area and was trained by 2 former F.I.C.P.A Presidents. He is highly experienced in the Real Estate industry and has extensive knowledge of Real Estate Law. Mr. Wright received a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Accounting from University of Phoenix in 1999.
Mr. Leonard Goffe is the Director of Advertising and Marketing and has been involved in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing for the past 15 years and has worked in the NY, Washington DC and South Florida areas. Mr. Goffe Received a Bachelor of Science in Communications & Arts from New York Institute of Technology in 1988.

Home values are down. Sales volumes have plummeted. Builders and lenders are axing workers. People no longer are flocking to the real estate industry. To John Freeland, it’s the perfect time to open a real estate brokerage.
Freeland is president of newly launched Palm Beach Realty Advisors in West Palm Beach, and he has ambitious plans to hire 100 agents in the next few months.
“Now is really the best time to get into the market,” Freeland says. “Everyone’s leaving, and the opportunities are exploding.”
Freeland, also a real estate investor, says he decided to enter the brokerage business because he was less than impressed with the quality of agents he dealt with when buying and selling homes. Freeland worked as an investment banker in California before moving to Palm Beach County to fix and flip homes.
